My wife and I came here to obtain a temp license. My wife observes the hijab, when asked to remove the hijab for the picture component we politely said “No” for religious reasons. The worker decided to interrogate us asking why we can’t remove the hijab and referenced a ID taken over 2 years ago at which point in which my wife was not observing the hijab. Got my stuff done but the manager is the meanest and rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Even when being nice and understanding on my side after a mix up (because of THEIR unwillingness to clarify), the manager of this building actually YELLED at me and was extremely disrespectful even after I was very clear it was my fault and I apologized. She should quit if she hates it as much as she acts. It’s called a job sweetheart; learn how to do it.
