I separated from state employment back in May, and after separation they do not care about you or the service you receive. They made an error and made a distribution against my elections subjecting myself to mandatory withholdings on what would have been an indirect roll-over. I contacted them about this over a month ago and have not received a resolution to this issue. They stated they were going to cancel the check they sent and process the roll-over I requested.
