My experience with Hilary at SOM Hypnosis was an extremely positive and beneficial one. I, like i'm sure many of you are, was skeptical of hypnotherapy and how it would work. Hilary was extremely patient, caring and thoughtful when starting with sessions. Though I have tried many different therapies in the past this one was quite different. I left each session feeling settled and invigorated to start my day.
