I called Springfield to ask for a miracle. They could not grant it, but it was not because Debbie didn't try. My grandson had a heart transplant and 10 surgeries on his leg. I was trying to get him an appointment today because they allowed him to go out for a few hours. That was not to be but not for a lack of effort. Debbie was able to get me one for tomorrow! Thank you for your compassion Debbie.

What a joke. Rude incompetent employees not working while at least 50 people wait for services. Literally watching several employees doing nothing - on their phone not helping the public. If this was a private company it would have closed years ago. Appalling how they treat people. Hey Alexius step up and DO SOMETHING about your employees. THE MOST MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. Disgraceful! I would have left zero stars if i could.
