I was told to submit my tax transcript for the year they said taxes was owed which I provided proof after Charles and Annapolis office lied about an unreported 1099 which they failed to produce. They have been taking my and spouses tax refund for several years. Filed for hearing & was denied. I sent numerous emails with transcripts to the respondent & she won't respond acknowledging receipt. 1 hour 15 min is how long I waited on hold for a representative to get on the phone and act like he couldn't hear then hang up. That was only after calling 3 times and being told by the automated system they are too busy to take the call.
