Might be a decent lumber supply if you are small time and do not care about product or service. We are a large construction company, and it does not work. They are medieval in their processes, specifically billing. You get a handwritten invoice in the mail with a due date written on it. 5 or 6 small charges of 2 to 3 hundred dollars each. The owner filed liens on 7 of our homeowners that we took deliveries for before the due date written, creating a PR nightmare for us.
