Do not work with this mortgage company. I have never been able to get any of my questions or concerns addressed. I'll email and call for months and no one will respond. Worse yet, they destroyed my credit by reporting a late payment, without ever even contacting me about it, a huge error on their part that will now take me 7 years to recover from and will negatively impact my ability to borrow. I thank God every day that he put me in the care of State Financial Network! I was given Benjamin Kenyon... he's the best!!! So knowledgeable and caring. I was having a very hard time finding a mortgage broker that knew what they were doing, I was so close to given up. Ben went the extra mile for my family and I tell everyone I meet about how we were treated. Today you don't find people that's willing to do a great job, and treat you like a human... not just a number. Thank you.
This is the worst company anyone could deal with when getting a mortgage. Benjamin Kenyon the guy We were dealing with didn't have any knowledge about mortgages. He was very unprofessional and just showed no signs that he was in any capacity to assist in anything the sellers agent asked . I stop dealing with him and State Financial.
