I was repeatedly told that a soft inquiry was made by Mary. On my Equifax it is a hard inquiry. Arbitration consumes the people who work there. Probably using refinance money of yours to buy cinnamon rolls.
Specifically asked before taking out a loan if they reported for credit. Was lied to twice. Claimed that paying off loan right away would not build credit. Apparently, they never once reported to a credit agency. If you need to build credit- this place is not truthful!
The friendliest loan company! Mary and her co workers always greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. Always willing to work with me. Absolutely love them!
