Awful customer service. I have been attempting to make my loan payment online as I don’t have the ability to go in and it tells me I have no account available. I call and no one answers the phone.
I've been banking with this company for 10 years, they won't answer phone calls, I'm just trying to give money for my auto loan. they don't answer the phone. they are just looking to loose customers. Hopefully they don't mess up my credit score.
The bank itself is not a good institution. I try to support local but this bank has given me more head aches with online systems, not being able to use it. Good luck getting replacement cards. The system is down. I went 2 days in a row for a card which I also waited 40 minutes to be helped btw! Don’t waste your time!
Horrible customer service. NEVER EVER answers the phone!!! I’ve had multiple emergency’s and fraudulent transactions made with my account at this credit union and every time I had to take the extra mile to just get in contact with someone, weather it’s flying across town to go and see them in person or staying on hole for HOURS at a time. Absolute abomination to the banking industry!!! The lack of customer service, um willingness to ANSWER A PHONE!! And the poor security has drove me to switch banks. poor management!!! this place always fail to answer phone call weather emergency or don’t, do not depend on this place when fraud take place in your account, you will be on hole for hours. you will have to fly accross town just to get in contact with someone. someone need to completely re new the staff and management because this credit union has the worst service if the state. all it takes is for someone to pick up a phone and they cannot even do that.
