Something has definitely changed at the bank. Calling in, I wait we'll over 30 minutes just to speak to someone. I was had a issue and ask the rep to transfer me to a manager, she falt out refused. She said she'd discuss the matter with management and call me back. Never heard from her. When I called back to ask for the manager, she refused again. I asked for the managers name. She quickly said it and hung up! I was able to get in touch using the directory.

It is absolutely atrocious trying to do anything over the phone with these people
Been banking at this bank for almost 8 years and the service has gone down hill drive thru 30 mins to put a check in my account an inside is even worse there is workers all over but yet 2 tellers helping people almost 8 people behind me waiting to get help probably gunna take my Business elsewhere made a deposit today an the teller didn’t even say thank you or have a good day really trouble service hopefully they can turn it around over there an have a talk with the staff cause nobody wants to go into a bank Where they hold ... read more
