It's a wonderful credit union. My experience was ok as well
The SECU employees are fantastic, and the terms and rates for mortgages and cars are almost always more favorable. They are helpful and do not work on commissions or incentives so they help you do exactly what you need instead of leading you toward banking activity that benefits them.
