The employees are so polite and helpful. I was there to get clarification on a situation. I got great insight on my concern and will deal with accordingly separately from SECU. The other issue with my bank card, which never worked. SECU didn’t create the clarification problem, but another member of fraudulent acts did. It would be awesome if they would withdraw further transactions with that member. Who’s to say if their documents presented are valid. Now, the intake lady up front was awesome. I have had a very good experience at this branch. I've needed notary services and it has been a good experience every time. I'm done and on my way in minutes, where at my larger bank I've had to make an appointment and still waited for a full hour!
Done with secu you side with air bnb over your loyal customer for over 40 years and let them steal a customers money!! Just to be good bank , wonder what happened…….!!!!
