Needs to work on their speed of service waited over 15 mins with only 2 ppl ahead of me. They need to bring more than 2 workers on the front desk on a Monday afternoon. I will adjust review only if they can keep their wait times down. Wasn't busy so no reason for the long wait. I'll award 4 out of 5 stars because the location in Apex is faster. Maybe I'll just go there next time. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.

Someone needs to give Seth a raise!!!!! Every time I go to the bank he never fails to make me laugh and smile and actually makes going to the bank enjoyable. If u go here ask for Seth he’s awesome!
