Very friendly service and little to no wait.
Such a great branch! I came here from closer to downtown Cary, and while the new roads threw off my car’s TomTom GPS a bit, it was well worth the trip. The service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, I asked a random question and was met with a gracious, helpful response. Miranda at the teller desk deserves special mention—she was outstanding: professional, genuine, positive, and incredibly helpful. Needs to work on their speed of service waited over 15 mins with only 2 ppl ahead of me. They need to bring more than 2 workers on the front desk on a Monday afternoon. I will adjust review only if they can keep their wait times down. Wasn't busy so no reason for the long wait. I'll award 4 out of 5 stars because the location in Apex is faster. Maybe I'll just go there next time. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.
