Easy to get in and out
I've visited the branch in Marion, Gastonia, and Forest City and the staff are always so polite and helpful regardless of what your needs are and they never leave you waiting long either. This is hands down the best bank I've ever started an account with. I suggest anyone that wants to open an account to come here because you will not be disappointed.
I just closed my second mortgage with SECU. I love working with them (and no this is NOT a paid or fake review). This time was especially awesome because of Jamie at the Cox Rd branch in Gastonia, NC. Jamie was SUPER patient and consistent with the entire process.
