Terrible customer service. They stated the would look into an issue and did not respond for days. I had to call back and sounded like they were not on planning calling me back. Bank elsewhere.
Of course bureaucratic red tape takes precedence over Members (customers) at State Employees Credit Union in Las Vegas (New Mexico). It's truly unfortunate that I still could not withdraw my mother's meager monthly allowance from her disability to pay her utilities as this has been her monthly routine, then life happens and I have been made her POA.
