Beautiful building . Good ATM location.
They don't even help their own . I'm thinking of closing my accts and switching banks completely. Hard inquiry on my credit . When they could have done a soft pull to tell me if I was denied or not for the mortgage rate I was asking about. Also wouldn't give me a number close to what I would be approved or denied for based off my income alone.
