Let’s just provide a list: Automatic door buttons don’t work. Automatic hand sanitizer dispenser is out. Tellers have half the work they use to have with SECU pushing more and more to the members to do online, but the wait is still crazy.

I have been banking with SECU for 30 years! The people at this branch are amazing and always go above and beyond. Branch manager is amazing and always volunteers at our schools to help students learn about personal finance and budgeting.
