not upfront about fees
Just the worse! Wouldn't recommend a dog to open up an account here!
Had fraud on my card yesterday totaling $670 - fraud department caught it and called me. Now I have an ACH being returned today because of insufficient funds- receiving fee. Called branch in the morning and the man told me he’d refund this fee but if the ACH department tries to rerun the ACH payment again they wouldn’t give back another fee. I told him I had all my money taken and told me I’d need to figure out a plan for that. ☹️ Already was upset and that made the whole situation worse.
