Should be a choice for 0 stars! I have been with this bank for quite a while and have had a great experience at other branches until coming to this town...they are always rude and condescending and for absolutely no reason. I will have to drive 30 minutes to another branch because of the bad attitude and difficulty just simply cashing a check. Something's needs to change a lot at this branch.... hopefully it will
Terrible customer service, was yelled at by a teller on the way out of the door very condescending, when I tried to speak with manager "Kelli?" The other disrespectful employee,was told to leave because "I" could not speak to them that way, have been forced to use since I bought my house four years ago, multiple other terrible experiences before today, will now be driving 15/20 miles to the next nearest branch, where I don't feel offended, this place should really wipe the slate clean, and start with new employees that under... read more
