This Bank rather charge you fees for insufficient funds instead of lending 60$ on a 400$ car note. Banks use to allow you to barrow a few bucks on a payment knowing pay day was just around the corner. Now they are an internal revenue service inside their own walls looking for every opportunity to stick it to their customers. Fees ontop of fees with no representation.
