Horrible customer service at the teller window. Condescending attitude and patronizing to customers. If you don’t like your job, get another one so that we can get better customer service. Went inside to Spruce Pine branch to report problem with ATM, teller’s attitude was awful and chose to blame me. As a long-time member (over 25 years), honestly, I can't say a bad thing about SECU. Always friendly and willing to help, easy to work with. The Spruce Pine branch is absolutely wonderful.
