So many better options in the Ballantyne area, this bank struggles to be honest, atone for there mistakes, and be responsible
There is no benefit to banking here, not everyone, but most of the employees are lazy and do there bare minimum and thats just not the type of work ethic you want with people that are going to manage your money
By far the absolute worse banking experiences I have had in my entire life. I went to high school at Ardrey Kell right down the street and when I got my first job back in 2016 I started banking here; when I was in college I started a credit card, didn't really have any benefits like other competitors so I decided to do the honest thing and pay it off, never disputed any transactions, just simply paid my dues, as a young man I wasn't aware closing my only line of credit would hurt my score. you would think people you been ban... read more
Joe went above and beyond to help me with my finances and loan. He took the time to explain everything clearly, shared his knowledge, and did everything he could to make sure I got what I needed. As a teacher, money can be a tough and even uncomfortable topic—especially when you don’t have a lot of it—but Joe made the process approachable and stress-free.
