Turning down a notary because we got migrate to civic a week ago is the definition of poor customer service.
By far the worst SECU experience and branch I’ve dealt with. I financed a truck for a set amount, that the seller and I agreed upon (pics of proof) and in the branch, yet the loan was completely screwed up. We were told the system was down and the loan paperwork showed what I was approved for, not what we agreed upon. I was told it would be resolved (pics of emails for proof), yet nothing has been done.
