I went in today (Sept 29th 2023) rather stressed out due to an exacting financial transaction needed for my family. I wasn't sure I had all the information I needed. Nyzha, an employee who was not working at the teller windows, but at a nearby desk, seemingly noticed my stressed out appearance and asked if I needed anything.
