This is my favorite branch in Rowan County, NC! Alicia Wiles is always so super-super helpful. Sometimes what I need is a bit time consuming and she is always so cheerful and she wants to resolve the issue. Thank you, Alicia! Also, I enjoyed the most amazing treat on a past customer appreciation day. I love and appreciate this SECU branch!!!

This bank has absolutely no consideration for your time. Be prepared to sit and wait. They rake in millions every year with our hard earned money to provide a bank full of empty offices with no staff. I usually reccomend this place, but it has turned into a chore dealing with anything here.
