The wadesboro branch of secu is a first class establishment. Kerry Mauney the senior service officer treats customers with up most respect and is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything banking.
The branch in Wadesboro, North Carolina needs to take class on customer service nothing but rude rude to the point where I literally got up and walked out before I even opened the account here receptionist was rude. One of the tellers were rude and the branch manager was rude, rude rude, rude learn customer service if you’re gonna be in the human service industry.
The whole branch needs to take a refresher course on how to handle SARs
