I tried to deposit a check thar my Aunt from another stare sent me, they didn't even try to allow me to deposit it, no hold or anything. I even talked to the Bank Manager Cedric and he blatantly told me he wasn't going to let me deposit it. He did not do his job at all, or even try to help me. I ended up going to Pittsboro where they put a 4 day hold on it and was very professional and friendly..I would not recommend this branch.
The employees attitudes are great but the drive thru teller service is honestly not the best as far as urgency. It's no reason there should be 2 Lanes open with literally 1 person working the window or even with 2 people it's still a drag. This isn't the first time I've experienced this at this bank. The pittsboro location has more Lanes and is never as slow as this location. I had to sit for 16mins in line until i drove away after being serviced.
