I have been a SECU member for many many years. Recently, I had the worst experience. I was trying to make a cash deposit outside. It would not take it, it was shoving the money back at me. So, I decided to go in. I had my five pound dog with me when I went inside. When I got to the counter the teller spoke immediately stating that she could not and would not assist me in making a deposit, due to me having my dog with me. I was shocked! Like the location and weekday hours. Good service and usually not as busy as other locations.
I just wanted to leave a personal review for Ethan, Assistant Branch Manager at this SECU. Ethan helped me in a very frustrating situation and resolved my issue in a professional and timely manner. Ethan does his job well and I am very thankful for his assistance!
