NCSECU service has went downhill over the last few years. The employees in the branch seem pretty good, but the online features are a nightmare. NCSECU systems seem to have more and more outages and the ATM seems like it's always down. I have been trying to get a online transfer stopped for a month now, and even after calling the help desk they say they cannot stop it. You cannot even STOP a existing transfer immediately from the online portal. Truliant and Fidelity seem so much better. Bank elsewhere.
By far the WORST location ever. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Staff is friendly with who they want to be. This location alone makes me mot want to bank with SECU anymore.
