Man I didn't realize how much better the service was at SECU compared to other banks/credit unions until local government credit union broke away and became Civic. Thank the dear Lord my wife is a school employee so we qualified to go back to SECU.
NCSECU service has went downhill over the last few years. The employees in the branch seem pretty good, but the online features are a nightmare. NCSECU systems seem to have more and more outages and the ATM seems like it's always down. I have been trying to get a online transfer stopped for a month now, and even after calling the help desk they say they cannot stop it. You cannot even STOP a existing transfer immediately from the online portal. Truliant and Fidelity seem so much better. Bank elsewhere.
