Warning to all adult children of aging parents, get their money out of SECU! If I could give zero stars to this Oak Ridge branch, I would! You claim to protect seniors from fraud, but you failed my 74-year-old mother when she needed you most. Over the course of dozens of high-penalty withdrawals totaling more than $350,000, not once did your institution question the pattern or take steps to intervene. Cannot say enough good about this branch! Everyone is always courteous and attentive. Travis is amazing! We use him for all of our loan and CC needs and have for years. But all the staff has always been helpful.
This is the worst branch to go to. Staff isn’t willing to work with members and doesn’t show any empathy through real life situations that unexpectedly occur. Go to another branch where you are valued as a member. Staff requires more training especially Mr. Travis Hightower, terrible experience.
