Cannot say enough good about this branch! Everyone is always courteous and attentive. Travis is amazing! We use him for all of our loan and CC needs and have for years. But all the staff has always been helpful.
This is the worst branch to go to. Staff isn’t willing to work with members and doesn’t show any empathy through real life situations that unexpectedly occur. Go to another branch where you are valued as a member. Staff requires more training especially Mr. Travis Hightower, terrible experience.
