I spoke with Kanesha from this branch and she was rude. Luckily, I called a different SECU that answered all my questions and had excellent customer service skills. I am trying to help the next person that calls!
Awful service. This specific location is incredibly unorganized and continues to botch very simple tasks, such as giving me a simple call when my debit pin comes in to the branch. Took a month to get my card and pin from these people. I hope I never have to go back to this office again.
I'm in this branch 3-4 times per month. I'm very happy when I get Deborah or Katie. They are both very kind and knowledgeable . The younger girls can sometimes be snarky.
