My first time visiting this branch and I was immediately greeted by a random employee. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful and was constantly smiling. I didn’t catch her name but she was African american with short locs. Whatever they are paying her isn’t enough! Very good customer service
We have found this SECU branch to be very customer service oriented. Unlike the Palladium branch they happily give you balances and cheerfully welcome you. Althoughthis branch
Been with them over 10 plus years. Raleigh branch took 1,250 out of my account and put it in my daughter's account because she was under in her account. She was disputing it at the time. So my money was gone. Smh. Getting ready to close my account. This is wrong. They get there money from my from direct deposit. But they treating my like a #. Smh goodbye.
I have visited many SECU offices in the last 25 years. This location has been the best for customer service I have ever experienced. Special thanks to Zachary, and the rest of the warm and welcoming staff!
