They have the lowest customer service rating in the area due to their poor customer service. It was a waste of time to deal with a loan officer who was unknowledgeable. During our conversation, the information should have been shared from the beginning where we could have made other arrangements to get the loan done today.
Horrible experience I would recommend going to any other state employees except this one in Pittsboro North Carolina
