I wish this review were under better circumstances, however, it is not. I would no longer recommend this bank as I have since I opened my account here a couple of years ago. Lately myself and my family have not had a good experience in general with SECU. I am elderly and wheelchair bound for the most part but can walk and stand for short periods. I have appointed my grandson years ago to take over my POA after my daughter was no longer able to manage my finances due to her own set of health issues. This is where the trouble ... read more
Terrible place to bank with, terrible experience. Do not recommend at all.
Terrible experience being referred to DSS for elder abuse acting as POA on my grandmother acting as who IS in her right state of mind and with her in the room informed of stipulations that would be sanctioned on her account moving forward. Who questions someone as to how much they pay someone to bathe them and when the last time they were bathed? The branch manager at this location. Them. They do.
