The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. Tony helped me and was very kind and helpful. Loved my experience here!
This bank made a mistake but instead of fixing THEIR mistake they told me I would have to pay for it. Even with recorded calls to their customer service, email documentation, and various documents for PROOF, they said, "we don't know, we didn't get it" YOU ALL GAVE ME THE EMAIL, SO YOU SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE CHECKING IT. This is NOT a credit union for people, it's a group of thieves lying and STEALING
They are friendly and knowledgeable.
I love how the employees make you feel welcomed when you walk through the doors. SECU has a hometown flavor!
