Not very personable. Does not count money back to you
I can't imagine being "happy" with any bank; however, I really do enjoy banking at NCSECU. Every employee is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and local. I have dealt with what I assume to be all of the various departments, from simple banking, to more advanced investments. I have used NCSECU to help do my yearly taxes, make multiple CD investments and money market savings, get various loans, and even use simple notary functions. We have been members of the SECU for many years. The Banking services are done with a smile and very professionally. My wife is a retired NC educator. If you are an employee of the state or a family member you will have a great experience with the NC SECU.
