I have had two experiences here where the people are rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. I'll drive out of my way to another location to avoid them from now on.
Ms. Berry went above and beyond while assisting me with an entire year of statements! The kindness and patience she showed me truly made my day! Please give this employee a raise.
