Previously I have had no issues with this location. However, I had spoken to a staff member about opening an investment account and they either deliberately gave me incorrect information or had no idea what they were speaking about. This has caused me to waste both time and money and lose my trust in their staff.

Jennifer Walker the branch manager is the greatest. I had a problem regarding my personal loan and she hands down help me come up with a resolution. She was very professional and I can definitely see why she is branch manager.
