I had a meeting with a rep here to discuss my account and all went very well.
I recently visited the First Citizens Bank location in the Park Road Shopping Center, and overall it was a good experience. The staff was professional and the visit went smoothly. One thing to be aware of is the parking lot — it’s pretty tight. If you drive a larger pickup truck or SUV, you’ll want to be extra careful maneuvering and finding a spot. Other than the parking situation, everything else was positive. I would visit this location again.
I can’t remember the young lady who assisted me a few weeks ago, but I thank her. I came to this branch after the Pineville branch screwed up a cashier’s check and refusing to deal with the disgusting attitude of one of the tellers. So, thank you to the Park Road location.
