I’ve received sub par service at this particular branch too many times to count now. After being with this institution for decades it’s sad that the branch closest to my home is the worst one I’ve visited. It’s typically slow, Especially when you need to see a banker. There’s one particular manager that’s been wrong on two occasions who wasn’t helpful even in her mistakes and I’ve had a few of the tellers provide poor customer service and made my banking experiences seem more like a hassle than their job. I do not live in Durham but I need to stop to bank to transact business while I was in the area… this is the most unprofessional group of bank folks I have dealt with. I needed a cashier check the lady waited on me had on mask and gloves and didn’t say 2-3 words. Candy bars were sitting on counter for purchase I ask her a question and she barely even open her mouth.
