This is the most unprofessional incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. They have untrained people managing transactions that they have no idea how to do. The lady working with us was running around the entire bank asking multiple people questions to verify and over. When asked how long it would take she told me maybe an hour (this after we had already been here for an hour) for a simple car purchase. I had the best experience working with Buck at SECU. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had my six-month-old with me who became fussy, and Buck was incredibly patient and understanding, which meant so much to me. I truly appreciate his professionalism and care. I would absolutely recommend SECU and working with Buck to anyone.
