Came today for my deposit box , an Indian woman helped me , she made me go inside the room where all the boxes are she made me take out the box by myself and then make me put the box inside, which was very unusual, very lazy I wish I knew her name, not very professional, I don’t want to see her again,
This bank is ridiculous, they don’t do there job then they blame it on you !
Very unprofessional, and unorganized. The customer service lady at the desk just carrying on and acting like she doesn't have any customers. I go to teller and she sends me to back just for the next lady to tell me to go back to the teller.
