This branch (loan officer BB) accused another branch for removing info from my account, which wasn’t true. Who wants to do business with someone who just types and doesn’t communicate with the member, actually a senior citizen member. If they needed to close down a branch, it should be this one. After calling a different branches in other cities, just to found out about the loan process. After calling 5 branches and verifying myself, each branch said the same thing.
