This branch (loan officer BB) accused another branch for removing info from my account, which wasn’t true. Who wants to do business with someone who just types and doesn’t communicate with the member, actually a senior citizen member. If they needed to close down a branch, it should be this one. After calling a different branches in other cities, just to found out about the loan process. After calling 5 branches and verifying myself, each branch said the same thing. Me & My daughter has had the worst experiences in this branch. I'm not gonna put no names but when it comes to taking care of business. I will not be doing business here.

five stars not because you zip in and out, not for crazy cool tech or chic branch design, but because you get all you need in a business designed to benefit the members (customers), not some profit-driven stockholder living in another state—or country even. Everything works well, the rates are all fair, the fees are low, and there are ATMs all over the state. And, most importantly, you, your neighbors, your work associates, your family members—you all own the place, and that gets five stars from me.
