My review apparently got removed, so here it is again...the customer service at this branch sucks!
I'm not sure if you can just walk in and open an account, because it's a credit union. But if you can, this is a beautiful banking institution. I went in there just to make a payment on a friend's mortgage and it is very nice looking and the lady that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I have had amazing customer service, especially at this branch, up until today. I don’t know if management has changed, policies have shifted, or the perspective regarding customer service has changed, but the service I received today was subpar. I have not had to go into a bank since January of 2024, as generally online banking is more convenient overall.
