I had lost my job that I had for 8 years and got a little behind on my car payments and other accounts. Here's the thing. I don't have a card to access my savings yet. I have an account open. My checking was closed down because my direct deposit from my state job kept going to that account that they said I could not have money going to. My review apparently got removed, so here it is again...the customer service at this branch sucks!
I'm not sure if you can just walk in and open an account, because it's a credit union. But if you can, this is a beautiful banking institution. I went in there just to make a payment on a friend's mortgage and it is very nice looking and the lady that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
