I have had amazing customer service, especially at this branch, up until today. I don’t know if management has changed, policies have shifted, or the perspective regarding customer service has changed, but the service I received today was subpar. I have not had to go into a bank since January of 2024, as generally online banking is more convenient overall. Went into the branch and I'm assuming she was the main banker at the time. I was greeted with a "get up and c'mon". 1st red flag, then went into her office I asked if we could close the door for privacy (obvious reasons)she said no. 2nd red flag. She assumes I'm there for a loan but in fact was just trying to figure out a new payment plan on my current loan and was just incredibly rude. Don't know why or how she's working there but I will no longer be banking with secu after this interaction.
