leondra and the entire staff were super helpful and friendly. definitely a permanent customer was made out of me yesterday! amazing job!
Simply the worse credit union branch I've used. Customer or 'member' support is abismal. I now drive 20+ minutes to go to almost any other branch than Cornelius, in order to deal with knowledge service oriented people. You know it's bad when you share your poor experience, about the Cornelius branch, with employees at several other branches and their response of, and their response is 'Yes, we hear that often and also struggle when we have to interact with them'.
Always a pleasure to be greeted with a warm smile and by name.
