SECU snatched my mortgage from LGFCU and has made it nearly impossible to pay. There is no online option because I'm not a member. I have to drive an hour into a town to pay it. I just made this venture to this branch today and they are closed. I never asked to do business with this organization, they purchased my loan and put me in this situation. It is infuriating. I hope they go out of business. There are some real whack jobs running this company.
This Credit Union is the best!! I wouldn't trust any other.
I had a bit of a financial crisis today and Karen helped me out tremendously. I didn’t catch the name of the bank teller. They are both amazing at their jobs. They made everything easy to understand and were patient with my situation. I came in very emotional, because my account had been taken advantage of by someone I thought I trusted. They got me in and out even though I had a process to go through opening a new account (on vacation nonetheless!). I am so thankful for them both.
