Great customer service awesome drive-thru tellers.
Stopped by the State Employees’ Credit Union on Couloak Dr to make a car loan payment—super easy process. The bank was really clean, and the people there were so nice and helpful. I was in and out quickly. Great service all around!

Half of the time I attempt to use the ATM here, it is down. It never fails. It’s bad enough that they same atm and technology from the early 2000’s but the least they could do is keep it up and running. I’m going to attempt to use it again tonight and if it is still not fixed, I am tempted to switch all accounts to a different bank.
