Made an upper four-figure online deposit. Haven't used this account much but decided I'd start using it more. Checked the app the next day to find out they backed out the deposit "because you didn't have enough in your account to cover the amount deposited". I received no phone call. I had to call to find out why they did this. My thinking is, don't back out the deposit, just put a hold on the check until it clears. You know, maybe 7 days?
