I have banked with SECU for many years and they have always been over the board with everything… their security department is the absolute best in the business and their banks staff are always beyond the call of duty helpful.
Love doing Business with SECU It's convenient having ATM in Salemburg.. Justice Academy area.
They don't have a good interest rates on saving/checking accounts but their finance rates are great for member and I've been with SECU for many many years and have no plans to leave this bank because they have the best most friendly employees even on Friday's at 5:28 pm and solve problems as fast and hassle free as they can be. Thanks for many wonderful banking years.
My parents use this bank and now I use this bank. They're very friendly and always quick to help.
I have been very happy with this credit union. Keep in mind that they are not a bank. they are a credit union for the employees and family members of the State of North Carolina. I have used them for auto loans as well as mortgages. Very easy to work with and can get a lot of exceptions on mortgages that most other lenders would not do.
I would never recommend this bank. They are awful. No customer service and the management is just as bad!
This is the one I use in Leland. It's the only one and it's open later than the one in Wilmington. It stays open till 5:30 p.m
