Always helpful.
Totally understand the bad reviews now. They either have an issue with doing their job or routing you to the right resource. Then when you have been through the holding patterns, a few times, they just hang up on you.
I wish I could give a zero. This location is horrible; I have called this place over 30 times with promises that someone would call me back and it never happened. Only to be called, supposedly, by a senior staff member who was extremely rude, lacked customer service and empathy. I wish I never went to this location, now anytime I reach out for assistance, I'm sent back to "my local branch'. I need someone to call me and replay the call I had with your representative today 4/30 at 10am EST.
