I’ve been with State Employees’ Credit Union for over 20 years, and honestly, I’m at the point where I’m starting to resent dealing with this branch. It seems like every time I need something, I get denied or get completely different answers depending on who I speak with. The inconsistency and constant runaround is exhausting. The branch manager Brandon is really rude and had a bad attitude I have been a member at the Monroe Branch for over 10 yrs and I am closing out all my accounts here I refuse to be treated with disrespect when you have my money in your bank
I have a service animal, due to a bleeding disorder, and absorption issues. I usually keep her with me. This morning, I was not feeling well due to the temperature outside. It's mostly why I had her with me today. When I walked into the bank, two of the tellers started conversing about why they hate dogs "ones kid is allergic, and the other had a friend attacked in high school" in front of me loudly to the point where they did not want to attend me. They are so rude here. They ask a bunch of questions make you seem like a criminal. Today I tried to deposit my check from my job and Shakira was very rude about the situation. Will never come back to this branch. Very unprofessional!!
