I have a service animal, due to a bleeding disorder, and absorption issues. I usually keep her with me. This morning, I was not feeling well due to the temperature outside. It's mostly why I had her with me today. When I walked into the bank, two of the tellers started conversing about why they hate dogs "ones kid is allergic, and the other had a friend attacked in high school" in front of me loudly to the point where they did not want to attend me. They are so rude here. They ask a bunch of questions make you seem like a criminal. Today I tried to deposit my check from my job and Shakira was very rude about the situation. Will never come back to this branch. Very unprofessional!!
I am writing this review because today I was next to the last car in line and when that car pulled off and I pulled up to the teller closed down the blind at the window yeah granite it was like 5:35 PM, but they could’ve took me or gave me warning that there was closing They did nothing except for close that window down and left me sitting out there
ask a bank for change and they look at you like you’re stupid…rudest group of workers I’ve ever seen in my life.
