I had the misfortune of being contacted by someone at this branch. From the moment I picked up the phone, she seemed like I had done something to annoy her. We discussed a payment I would be making the next day. Instead, 6 hours after our call, she wiped all but $2 out of my account to make a payment on a different loan - that we never discussed. Although they could use a little more consistent staff in the drive-thru (sometimes things get busy there and one person is not enough to handle eight cars in two lanes, for example), my experiences here have been good. I believe you have to have a family member who is part of the credit union to join and I came by membership through my mother's connection to her husband who worked for the state. My spouse and I had to take a loan recently. We had the pleasure of having Kelly-Ogarroo-Brown to assist us with our application. Kelly was honest, and great in informing us of our options.
