The management here needs to have an overhaul. These are the most rudest women I have ever encountered. They dont know how to speak to their employees. Surely someone in HR should come out and see this for their selves. All the women at the counter are great.
I have always been served promptly and politely no matter which branch of the credit union I have gone to.
Great bank been with them for over 10 years.
