I go in wearing a mask correctly and following all the signs and instructions regarding covid. Just wow that this place. . Unfortunately while my buyer worked with Cameron Gunn, he was the most incompetent uncommunicative person I’ve ever dealt with when representing a buyer in a RE transaction. The day my buyer went under contract we sent the contract to him and he stated they could get it done by closing date (30days) but just as a disclosure It could take more than 30 days.
