Came into the branch to get a loan. Checked in and waited forever. There were two employees in the first office just laughing and talking not even concerned a customer was waiting. This seems to be the case every time I come into the bank. The tellers are always super busy and helpful. Management needs to address this issue quickly. Loans are your life line basically we shouldn’t have to wait.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. I arrived at the bank at 8:22 and patiently waited until opening at 8:30. Even though I was first in line, other cars pulled into the drive-through and were helped before me. I then waited another 10 minutes before receiving any service. What makes this even more frustrating is that every time I visit this location, the staff consistently come across as rude and unhappy. Heidi was extremely rude and unprofessional. Proceed to have an attitude at me and her coworker. Have been going to this branch for about 10 years and never had much of a problem.
