I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. I arrived at the bank at 8:22 and patiently waited until opening at 8:30. Even though I was first in line, other cars pulled into the drive-through and were helped before me. I then waited another 10 minutes before receiving any service. Heidi was extremely rude and unprofessional. Proceed to have an attitude at me and her coworker. Have been going to this branch for about 10 years and never had much of a problem.
My husband and I have been members for 37 years and have never had any problems and I really appreciate each and everyone of the ladies who make sure that we are always taken care of and our banking experience is always stress free
Been banking at this branch for 7 years and I’m very happy with the customer service both in person and over the phone.
