Heidi was extremely rude and unprofessional. Proceed to have an attitude at me and her coworker. Have been going to this branch for about 10 years and never had much of a problem.

Went to the credit union to resolve a very complex issue involving the branch manager, Carla. She went above and beyond to assist me and even brought in another associate, Christina, who also provided exceptional support and dealt with my frustrations. Both ladies demonstrated remarkable professionalism, and high intelligence.
