I had a great experience with Chelsie Jenkins-Jones. I was very stressed out about closing some accounts. My mother has been sick. Chelsie helped me get all the records together and was very empathetic and kind to me. She was so patient as I was not organized. She is awesome and I wanted to publicly thank her. 🥰

I have great experience with help on some difficult issues when we lost a loved one that had no estate set up. They walked me through everything and it was so helpful.
Extremely poor customer service. I will say I am someone who has never refinanced a vehicle before and I did let the woman who I was speaking with know. She would use terms I didn’t understand and wouldn’t go into depth when I asked what she meant. She overall wouldn’t explain anything to me and seemed like she was ready to go home and be done helping me.
