Don't mistake them for being anything other than another big lender. You are no more important to them than their strict policies dictate. I've received much better customer service from the non brick and mortar lenders who I've never seen face to face. Being a "member" of their union really doesn't mean anything. They treat you like a number.
Im not even a customer, I just come here to pay my rent. But I bring money to the bank every month so I count customer or not. Let me preface by saying I work a ton of hours, its the only way someone like me can ever get ahead at all. And that's not my bad. Every time we visit this branch, the service is excellent! Everyone treats the members as a valuable member! The SECU cannot be beat in customer service!! We’ll never trust anyone else than these good folks!!
I had a great experience with Chelsie Jenkins-Jones. I was very stressed out about closing some accounts. My mother has been sick. Chelsie helped me get all the records together and was very empathetic and kind to me. She was so patient as I was not organized. She is awesome and I wanted to publicly thank her. 🥰
