Extremely poor customer service. I will say I am someone who has never refinanced a vehicle before and I did let the woman who I was speaking with know. She would use terms I didn’t understand and wouldn’t go into depth when I asked what she meant. She overall wouldn’t explain anything to me and seemed like she was ready to go home and be done helping me. Went in on a Thursday at 4:40pm and only one teller, who didn’t have enough money in the drawer. 6 people in line and everyone behind the desk looked confused and like they didn’t know what to do. I heard one person say behind the counter”we counted early today”. I was not able to get my money and i do not plan to go back there and I would rather drive a little extra than go back to a bank that is not able to support and closed up early
