Every time we visit this branch, the service is excellent! Everyone treats the members as a valuable member! The SECU cannot be beat in customer service!! We’ll never trust anyone else than these good folks!!
I had a great experience with Chelsie Jenkins-Jones. I was very stressed out about closing some accounts. My mother has been sick. Chelsie helped me get all the records together and was very empathetic and kind to me. She was so patient as I was not organized. She is awesome and I wanted to publicly thank her. 🥰
